Terms & Conditions!
Rooms
Frog Room
Hosting holds the right to access your room at anytime,
through the server or the room itself.
Our Staff
will automatically be red in your room but will not partake
in any operating of the room. This is to ensure any problems
can be dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Our Staff
have the authority to close your room/account at any time
with no Refund, but with an explanation.
Frog
Room Hosting has the right to retain any room name that has
been registered by us; we may also charge a £10 release fee
or 1 month’s service for the room name to be transferred.
Camfrog Server Serials
All your own
serial codes for Camfrog Room’s are released at the end of
service.
(This is to
stop the code from being used on our server after your
service has ended)
Refunds
Refunds are
only allowed in the first 48 hours from the first payment
made and apply only to those paying via PayPal Subscription
if you are not completely satisfied with the room or the
server.
Other Refunds are Not Allowed and will not be made,
unless we are at fault.
Camfrog Terms

Hosting should follow all Camfrog Terms of Service.

Payment &
Miss Payment
All Rooms
purchased with us should be operational after payment has
been made, within 12 hours.
(Company
credit is sometimes arranged)
In the event
of miss payment you will have 24 hours after the payment
date to make payment or contact us to arrange a payment.
If this isn’t done your room will be disconnected until full
payment is made.
If you are
not in a position to make a payment, please contact us. If
you do not contact us, then we have every right to send you
invoices witch must be paid, otherwise a dispute will be made
against this.
The person
who makes the order will be named on the invoice and is also
the person who will be contacted unless advised otherwise.
Abuse
Any Abuse to the Frog Room Hosting staff will not be
tolerated and may result in your room being deactivated and
disconnected from our server.
Server
& Users Capacity Limits
Predicted room user capacity limits are not binding they are
rough indications on what the server should accept, in some
cases this is not always the case.
If you have
any concerns please feel free to ask your adviser if the
server has been tested or not, but in most cases our servers
have been fully tested.
Your User
Capacity is agreed at the start of your contract with the
price that you pay. An extra charge will be made if you are
found to be tampering with these settings from your room’s
client /setopt Command.
(This could also result in your account being terminated)
Outages
Frog Room
Hosting has a 99.9% uptime guarantee, if at any time our
service levels fall below this correct measure, time will be
taken to resolve the problem and "Account Credit" will be
applied to the next month billing cycle.
If the
customer wishes to cancel due to outage no refund will be
given but the service will still be valid until end of
billing cycle and any account credit will be removed.
Room Name Changes
Room name
changes can only be made on the day of payment.
If you wish
to make a change at other times during the month you may
have to wait up to 24-48 hours for the changes to be made,
as this is not part of our normal service.
Frequent room name changes will be charged at a £5
administration fee.
Purchasing
When buying
any service from us; you are agreeing to all the above Terms
& Conditions and if at any time you break this agreement
your room will be disconnected from our Server, with
immediate effect.
Frog Room Hosting reserves
the right to change these terms and conditions without
notice at anytime.
